Doesn't This Web Site (and rawlins.org) Conflict with the Rawlins Book Project?

In one sense, the answer is "yes." There is the risk of redundancy here, when you examine the other TNG genealogy site. However, you need to know these are seperate projects. The purpose of the rawlins.org web site upgrade is to use the latest Web 2.0 tools for the searching and collaboration of content. This is especially helpful when trying to research.

As you know, the existing implementation of rawlins.org is difficult to navigate and find information. After the upgrade, these tasks will be much easier.

At this time, the primary purpose of the other TNG genealogy web site is to organize life sketches and family histories by family with the intent to publish a Rawlins History book of our ancestors - going back to the time the Church was organized. As documents and photographs become available and ready for review, they will be uploaded. This geneaology web site will primarily be used for orgainzing materials for the book.
